How my life has change

Ok. This post is overly late. But I wanted to do a update and touch bases with the few people who follow. I actually diverted my original goal. My path went completely tangent. There were so many things going on in my life that cause a lot of stress and and headache.

First, My dog diabetes was out of control, then finally controlled and now once again out of control and I stress so much to find a better food to help with controlling his glucose.

Secondly my partner of 12 years had moved to Oakland CA to take care of sickly Grandmother and was gone for nearly a year.

Third, we were trying to have a baby in 2009 which is the same year I originally created this blog. Then when she moved to California I stopped updating.

Well here's the lastest update on the status of everything since my last post in 2009.

Dog diabetes still out of control. Partner moved back home and brought her Granny with her to Arizona. We went to Francestown New Hampshire were it's legal for same sex marriages and we got legally married. Although same sex marriage is not legal in Arizona, it's recognized by us and that's all that matter's.

Finally the BIG news is we also have a new baby. Well NOT so new anymore. She is going to be 1 year September. So that's the story. I still would like to continue this juice feasting just to say I accomplish something I attempted. We have a trip coming up soon to Mexico for our Daughters first birthday. After we return I would like to begin this juice journey once again. This time with a successful end story to share.


As for my weight, when I got pregnant I was 175 lbs. Take a look for yourself So eventhough I diverted my plans I still ended up losing weight through the HCG Diet 2 Fluid Ounces 42 day diet plan, I also purchased a cookbook to provide my ideas for preparing meals more variety meals The HCG Cookbook was well worth the buy. I had doubts about it and keeping to a very low calorie diet. But I actually found it more desirable and easy to to maintain than juicing. I never felt hungry ever. I must admit being a lover of food the gorge days were actually pleasing for me. Sadly to say, I ate everything possible. I did it for approximately 45 days and lost about 35 lbs.

The picture to the left and the one at the top is what I looked like after my HCG diet both pictures were taken one month before I got pregnant in December 2010. While pregnant I gained more than 60 lb. Taking me to my highest weight EVER of more than 250+ pounds at delivery in Sept 2011. I had pre-eclampsia and ton of other medical complications but in the end I delivered 2 weeks early a healthy daughter.

My weight today, is currently 206 lbs.

Eating Raw

Eating raw foods are very helpful for losing weight because when you eat vegetables in raw form, you are only getting the vitamins, minerals and other content that they have inside but once cooked or preheated then the vitamins and minerals they contain get burn at very high fire. Sometimes, when we cook the vegetables in oil they become fattening and when we eat them then it’s nothing except the fat making food. Fruits and vegetables in raw form are source of energy and contain fibers, minerals and vitamins that can help you to get freshness when you eat them and make you more active in your daily life. That is the reason you start to lose weight when you start eating raw vegetables.

So eating raw food is beneficial for human body.
