I had an awesome day. I've learned I hate juicing. OK, not juicing but cleaning up after juicing. It so, suck taking the freaking juicer apart after I made me a wonderful juice.... which in the meantime be sitting there on the counter just watching me as I clean the juicer. Yeah my peeve for today. Cleaning a juice machine sucks!
Anyhow, today I was looking in the mirror and notice that my neck and face is starting to thin out some. The lines on my neck are appearing lighter in color. I try not to get on the scale daily but it's so hard. I have lost 18.6 lbs in 15 days. That's insane!
Have you ever had apple cucumber juice? That juice rock! I am still experimenting with the different flavors to find what works for me. I have tried all types of drinks. I even purchased sweet potatoes, cilantro, peppers and other green stuff. I don't like the broccoli at all. It has a strong taste and must be used in moderation. I love cooked broccoli but as for juicing I don't think it will be part of my weekly grocery shopping.
Here's a few combo's I enjoy the most.
1. Apples and Cucumber
2. Orange, Ginger, Cucumber
3. Kale, Green Lettuce, Cucumber, Spinach, Celery, Apple (drink a HUGE cup of this twice daily)
4. Pear, Apple and Cucumber
5. Carrots and Celery (I drink this one often too)
6. Beets and Apples (I like the beets but no matter how much I wash it, it always seem to taste like dirt to me but it's workable )
7. Watermelon and Papaya
8. Watermelon and Apples
9. Ginger and Lemons (this is really good but need sugar) I used to purchase the ginger lemonade at trader joes... it's so good)
Well that pretty much the stuff I drink most often. Eventhough I am still experimenting with taste. I go back to those often.
