Body metabolism can be defined as a process which utilizes and consumes all the energy which is being brought into the body through food consumption. It determines of nearly all of the assimilation and absorption with distribution of the nutritional contents. In short, it is a living process which is necessary and vital for a person to function properly. If you want to lose sufficient amount of weight, you should consider including the metabolism process into function. You should ultimately increase your metabolism and carry it out naturally so the excessive fats and calories burn down within a short span of time.

By increasing your body metabolism naturally, you don’t have to worry about restricting yourself to a certain type of diet. You will just be burning more calories leading to the ultimate energy production for the cells and body activities.

You should build more and more of muscle bulk by performing weightlifting techniques and workouts because this is how your calories are going to get consumed more and more increasing the basal metabolism. Fats on the other hand, is not so much effectual in consuming that much of calories. Muscles of your body consume about 50 calories everyday whereas the fats only involve 2 calories per day which is really low in comparison.

Eat breakfast to increase your body metabolism. After getting sufficient amount of sleep, your body metabolism gets slowed down to conserve the energy for major reflexes. As soon as you wake up your body needs immediate food and nutrition for the revival. Even if you don’t feel hungry, you should consume food.

Drinking plenty of water increases your body metabolism naturally. Your body is composed of 70% water, muscles comprise of 75% water and blood is composed of 90% water which needs to be replenished and flourished. You should take about 7 to 8 glasses of water everyday to fulfill the body needs.

Consider eating five to six times a day with frequent gaps and breaks but the meal doesn’t have to be large every time. Eat foods which is low in calorie and fat value and more than that, eat healthy! The often you eat, the better your body metabolism will get.

A couple simple ways to increase metabolism naturally

1. Eat smaller portions more often perhaps 5-6 portions daily

2. Drink apple cider vinegar and garlic a couple times daily

3. Add spices such as peppers and cayenne pepper to your drinking water will increase heart rate to raise metabolism naturally.

4. Everyone knows that excercise and increased activities will raise it.
