Today is going relatively good. I don't feel hungry at all. I did have a slight headache about 1 hour ago but it has already passed after drinking my lunch juice. Again... Right now I am experimenting with different items to find out what I like as though this will be my first fast on juice so I need to play with the veggies and fruit to see what works for me. Because the first to know if you don't like what you drink there is a 9 out 10 chance you will quit and go get something you do like. So it's best to make a juice that taste great to you and not base your drinks on something thats good for someone else. I had the following for lunch: Grapes 1 Apple 2 Celery Stalks 1/4 Yellow Honeydew 1 Tomato Handful of Spinach 2 Carrots Results: Did not taste too bad. Better than yesterday lunch drink with the garlic and ginger. I will definately drink this one again.
I've decided I will go to my local store to purchase a paint strainer bag (same as a nut milk bag) to drain the pulp. The juicer I bought does not drain pulp as much as I would like so in the meantime until I am able to afford a more expensive juicer I will do it this way.
